If something isn't right or you simply change your mind, no problem: you have 14 days from delivery to return the products.

What should leaders be like?

In order to accept them, the products must arrive to us:

  • in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed,

  • with original labels and tags,

  • in the original packaging.

👉 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, and socks (for hygiene reasons).

How does the return work?

  1. Write to us : within 14 days, send an email to resi@thegoldhanger.com with the order number and the name of the products you wish to return.

  2. We will reply to you : you will receive the instructions and the shipping address.

  3. Ship the package : use a traceable courier for peace of mind.

  4. We check the items : as soon as they arrive we inspect them and proceed with the refund.

Who pays for the return shipping?

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the product is defective or our mistake, we will obviously cover the shipping costs!

Reimbursement

  • After receiving and checking the products, we will refund you within 14 days .

  • We will use the same payment method you chose for the purchase.

  • If you selected expedited or additional shipping, only standard shipping will be refunded.

Do you want to change size or color?

We don't accept direct exchanges at this time: we ask you to return the item and then place a new order. This way, you'll receive what you want right away, without having to wait.
