Acceptance of the conditions of sale
By placing an order using the various methods provided and listed below, the customer declares that he or she has read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general, payment, and shipping conditions listed below, as well as the specific conditions available on each product page.
Acceptance, even partial, of the order finalizes the contract between the seller and the buyer. When placing the order, the Customer will be expressly informed that the order implies the obligation to pay.
Purchase procedure
You can only purchase products in the website's online catalog at the time of placing your order, as described in the relevant information sheets, using an electronic shopping cart. The product images shown on each product sheet are indicative only. To purchase, simply add the desired products to your cart (by clicking the "Buy" button) and follow the on-screen instructions. Once your order is complete, you will automatically receive an order summary email with all the purchase details.
Prices
All prices listed on the site include VAT. Shipping costs are not included (unless otherwise specified). Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process. Price changes are subject to change without notice, but in any case, orders will be processed at the price indicated at the time of purchase.
Product availability and delivery times
All items offered for sale on the site are available at the time of purchase. If stocks are out of stock, you will not be able to proceed with the purchase as the system will display the "SOLD OUT" message. However, if stocks are limited, simultaneous purchases by multiple users may prevent the system from updating quantities in real time. In this rare case, an order may be completed and paid for, but the item is no longer available. If this happens:

Shipping methods and shipping costs
Our shipments are made via Express Courier. When shipments are made via express courier, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number after the ordered products have left, allowing them to track and trace their shipment in real time. This information will be sent directly by the courier to ensure 100% customer service. The goods are packaged and delivered to the courier within the timeframe and conditions listed above or specified on each product page. Delivery times are indicated in your user panel within each order page. The number of days required for delivery applies to business days only. When the order is handed over to the courier, delivery times vary from 1 to 2 business days (excluding islands and remote areas). The above delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, etc.). If cash on delivery is chosen, the courier will collect the amount due before delivering the package. If the courier is absent, they may leave a note or attempt delivery again, after which the goods will be stored at their designated location for a few more days. Non-compliant shipments or partial deliveries
Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the item received corresponds to the one ordered and that it matches the information on the shipping document. They must also verify that the packaging is intact and free of damage or obvious alterations. In the event of discrepancies or partial delivery, these circumstances must be immediately reported to the delivery person, marking "RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS - damaged package or partial delivery" on the document to be signed. Only in this way will it be possible to charge the courier for any damage or missing items resulting from transport; otherwise, we cannot be held liable under any circumstances.
Safety and responsibility
TheGoldHanger.com will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper or non-compliant use of the products sold. We recommend carefully reading the manufacturer's warnings and instructions contained in the packaging. The products sold comply with European Community standards and are approved.

Warranty
For any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods – the defect must be immediately reported by the consumer to TheGoldHanger.com by means of an appropriate documented report to be sent to assistenza@thegoldhanger.com
Compliance means that the consumer good:
a) is suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used;
b) conforms to the description given by the seller and possesses the qualities of the good that the seller presented to the consumer as a sample or model;
(c) present the qualities and performances which are normal in goods of the same type and which the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the goods and, where applicable, public statements on the specific characteristics of the goods made in this regard by the seller, the producer or his agent or representative, particularly in advertising or on labelling;
d) is also suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer and which was brought to the attention of the seller by the latter at the time of conclusion of the contract and which the seller has also accepted by conclusive facts.
In the event of a defect in conformity correctly reported within the deadline, the consumer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid and we will take charge of resolving the matter at our own expense.
Refunds
Each refund will be made using the same method used to pay for the original order, unless otherwise agreed and provided that there are no costs as a consequence of the refund, or, at the customer's request, via a purchase voucher which will not expire.
Discount coupons or promotional codes never entitle you to a cash refund. Therefore, if you use them to pay all or part of the purchase price, in the event of a return, they will never be refunded in cash, but always in the form of a discount.
In particular, by way of example, in the following cases:
- goods to be returned due to our error,
- goods to be returned or for right of withdrawal,
- goods to be returned for cancelled order,
- goods undeliverable due to unavailability.
TheGoldHanger.com will only refund the cost of the item minus the discount applied to that item (e.g., if a 10% discount code was used to purchase, the refund will be the cost of the item minus 10%).
