Regulation

1. Purpose

Our company is committed to donating part of the proceeds from the online sale of clothing to support kennels, animal shelters and non-profit organizations that fight for environmental protection and animal welfare.

3. Frequency of donations

Donations will be made every six months with the next deadline set for January 31, 2026.

5. Choice of beneficiary entities

The organizations receiving donations are selected based on the following criteria:

  • declared purposes of animal and/or environmental protection;

  • recognition as a non-profit organization, association, or third sector entity;

  • reliability and transparency in resource management.

Customer engagement

Periodically, a survey may be promoted on the e-commerce siteto allow customers to express their interest in which organization or project to support.
The survey results are not binding on the company, but they do serve as a key selection criterionand a way to engage the community in the initiative.

6. Transparency and communication

  • After each donation, a confirmation of the payment or purchasewill be published in the dedicated section of our website, indicating the beneficiary organization and the date.

  • For reasons of commercial confidentiality, sales volumes and internal financial data will not be disclosed.

  • It will always be possible to consult the donation receiptor confirmation from the beneficiary organization.

7. Updates

This regulation may be updated to ensure maximum effectiveness and transparency of the initiative, without ever changing the basic spirit: donating a portion of the proceeds to support animals and the environment.
